MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Municipal Court is to serve as the judicial branch of the city that processes and adjudicates all misdemeanor criminal and traffic violations which occur within the City’s police jurisdiction in a fair accessible and timely manner. To provide the best quality service to the citizens of Monroeville, attorneys, and other agencies. The Court operates in accordance with the Code of Alabama, 1975, Title 12 Chapter 14 and the Monroeville Code of Ordinances Chapter 7. serve as the judicial branch of the city that processes and adjudicates all misdemeanor criminal and traffic violations which occur within the City’s police jurisdiction in a fair accessible and timely manner.
